Entering the scene…

I am an art historian, artist and designer and love being creative and also talking about art and design as often as possible.

My relationship with art started during my teenage years with copying Dürer’s precise sketchings and Monet’s romantic oil paintings. After school I studied art history and literature while dreaming of a creative life as an author or designer.

One day I decided to make this dream come true. I did a lot of studies and trainings in art and design and was working hard by practicing sketching, painting and designing.

This blog is primarily about advancing my creative development in various ways and sharing it regularly with a public audience. By showing my own artwork and reflecting on it in the context of other artists, I hope to sharpen my view of my art and that of others, while meeting like-minded people.
